Here's how it works:
1. Leave a comment on this post about a memory you have with me, whether it seems significant or not. (Sometimes the most insignificant memories are the best!) Seriously. ANY memory.
2. If you have a blog, do the same on yours. (TAG!)

Wow..I have so many...where to begin...
I remember one night, you and I snuck downstairs, and hid behind the furniture (I don't know why we thought this was so cool..it's like when we used to steal cheerios and chocolate chips from the pantry and eat them in our room like we were bandits..) and while we were hiding, mom came and sat on the couch and began to read scriptures. Somehow she noticed me behind the chair and not wanting to be in trouble all by myself I told her where you were hiding. As we lay in our beds after, you testily said "Why did you tell on me?? I would have come and gotten you when she went back to bed..." Seriously it never occured to me that you would...LOL
I also remember us fighting over who had colored specific pictures in our coloring book, and we eventually started initialling them. LOL!
Okay, I have another..Hehehe! I remember you and I were hiding underneath that old green hidabed couch and we were trying to be quiet so nobody would find us (you know, I don't think anyone WAS looking for us) anyway, you made a noise, and I bit you really hard to make you be quiet...I realize that there was no logic in that, since it only would make you scream.
I also remember we would play all sorts of games, and one that still makes me laugh is when you were my horse (and a really good one too!) and for some reason we thought it was funny if I said "Exercise!" you would eat, and when I would yell "Eat" you would gallop as fast as you could with me on your back. LOL!
I remember stuffing ourselves behind the row of pine trees in the back yard, and the sad day when we realized we were to big to keep doing it. I also remember taking grass clippings and making nests in the yard. Fun times...
I remember when I was at your and Ben's apartment at Lexington, and you were having a Halloween party, and we were joking around about Sam, and how he would react if Ben told him to ask me out, and I, trying to give an acurate "Sam" response, said "H***, no!" and I remember the look of shock on both your faces and my uttermost shame at it, which was only amplified with you both going into hysterics at my swearing on accident.
How about the time that you fell out of the window in Indiana?
Or, how about that time you were sitting on Dad's briefcase in the truck, leaned backwards, and knocked open the door, and fell out? Miraculously, you didn't get hurt, and started running after the truck!! We shouldn't have told dad anything and kept on going. LOL
"Ah yes, I remember it well" are lyrics to a cute funny duet in which the two singers "remember" everything differently. Similarly, my memories differ from Christopher's: Dara (not Emily) fell out of the window and cut herself to shreds.... And it was Melissa who fell out of the truck camper as it made a left-hand turn just after leaving the Institute.
It was Emily who was jumping on the bed and bit the wall and shattered her eye-tooth root. She had to have it extracted in its many pieces. So, if you look close, or count her teeth--she is missing an eye-tooth.
I'm MISSING a tooth? I thought it was a baby tooth I lost? I would have only been 4 or 5 when that happened, right?
Oh, I don't know.. but I will say that your comment made me go to the bathroom and try to figure out which tooth was missing. The only thing I could work out is that my wisdom teeth left huge holes in my head...
