Your face looks thin. Are you losing weight? Shame on you! You are pregnant!
I'm losing weight to some degree... baby certainly isn't... I'm past 200 now, and *gasp* I gained 5 1/2 pounds the last 3 weeks. My doctor wagged her finger at me a bit for that, but I've only gained a total of 20 pounds so far. Not too bad.
